Sandals Montego bay

While we stayed at our all-time favorite, Sandals Montego Bay, we also had the chance to visit the two new Beaches Resorts in Ocho Rios (Beaches Grande Sport and Beaches Royal Plantation). This gallery is from the trip between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios on Wednesday April 4, 2001.

Marcus Garvey statue in St. Ann's Bay. During our April 1999 trip, we were told that the statue was of Christopher Columbus. Recalling Jamaican history, "Marcus Garvey" would make a whole lot more sense. Maybe next time we'll go up to it and answer this for sure!
